In my experience with custom sign generator I tried several different projects. Some I found easier than others. I kept having problems with their server so it took me a lot longer than it should have. I tried the glitter signs, logo's, comic strip and writing on pictures. These could be very fun projects for any person or any group of students. I generated a logo for my project. My project consisted of picking out the template and choosing the colors that I wanted. I then typed my text and chose the font and letter spacing. Then all you had to do is save it and post it onto here. Here is a picture of it.

I agree! I had some problems with the site too! However, after I figured it out and worked out the kinks, I had a blast also! I made a jersey, a word made of flowers, etc.!
